  • Are you a seasoned legal professional with expertise in dispute resolution and tax law? Join our dynamic team as a Legal Counsel and be a driving force in providing strategic legal solutions to our clients.


Job Specifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.

  • Active bar membership. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Minimum of 1 years post-call experience in dispute resolution and/or tax law.Preferably in a reputable law firm or legal consulting environment.

  • Strong knowledge of dispute resolution strategies and procedures. Including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.

  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations including tax planning, compliance, and controversy matters.

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Capacity to present complex legal concepts clearly.

  • Detail-oriented and able to provide accurate, precise, and strategic legal advice.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.

  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in the DRT space.

  • Business development experience and familiarity with the DRT space is a plus.

  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
