• Active bar membership. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.


• Attention to detail and the ability to identify legal issues and provide well-reasoned recommendations.


• Proficiency in legal research tools, software, and other relevant technology.


• Basic time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
