Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.


• Active bar membership. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.


• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.


• Minimum of 11 years post-call experience practicing law in the field of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.


• Preferably in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.


• Proven track record of managing and executing complex capital market transactions and mergers and acquisitions deals.


• Strong knowledge of securities regulations, corporate law, and transactional matters.


• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.


• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior legal professionals.


• Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.


• Business acumen and ability to contribute to business development efforts.


• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
