Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.


• Active bar membership. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.


• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.


• Minimum of 5 years post-call experience practicing law preferably in the field of capital markets and mergers and acquisitions within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.


• Sound understanding of securities regulations, corporate law, and transactional matters.


• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.


• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.


• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.


• Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
