Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution and active bar membership. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.


• Minimum of 1 year post-call legal experience.


• Familiarity with governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.


• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.


• Basic legal research and analytical skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to provide accurate, precise, and strategic legal advice.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.


• Basic client relationship management skills.
