We are recruiting a Credit Analyst who will conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests.

The ideal candidate will:

• Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence


• Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk


• Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower’s ability to repay


• Keep up to date with the company’s lending protocols


• Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances


• Develop and prepare spreadsheets and models to support analysis of new and existing credit applications


• Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns


• Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times


• Prepare timely, comprehensive and reliable credit risk reports to Supervisor on a monthly and quarterly basis

Suitable candidate should have:

• 3 – 6 Years Experience


•  B.sc Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. MBA or relevant MSc is an advantage


•  Professional Qualifications  - ACA, ACCA, ACIB, CFA e.t.c,  is an advantage


•  Experience in Financial Services


• Conversant with Regulatory Standards
