Job Description



Core Purpose of the Job:



  • As the project manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and supervising projects to meet management’s strategic objectives and to ensure projects are successfully delivered within budget and on time.

  • You will manage all tasks and resources related to the project, ensuring everyone involved is correctly oriented to oversee the execution of each task until it is completed.

Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Enlisting projects once cleared for execution

  • Scoping and schedule management of tasks to be carried out

  • Coordinating and performing project risk assessments before commencement

  • Supervising and leading project execution

  • Managing tasks and resource performance on the project

  • Ensuring project milestones are met

  • Conducting team and planning meetings

  • Modifying the project plan as may be required from time to time

  • Liaising with stakeholders to provide progress reports as required

  • Closing projects and documenting lessons learnt for future improvement

  • As aligned with your Line Manager


Supervisory/Leadership/Managerial Complexity:



  • Supervise projects across different departments


Discretionary Space: Creativity, Independent Thought and Judgment:


Key Interfaces:



  • Product Team

  • Customer Experience Team

  • Technology Team

  • Marketing Team


Work Experience:



  •  Minimum of two years’ experience of which at least one of it must be in a software role


Academic Qualification:



  • BSC or equivalent in Project Management or any other related field


Professional Qualification:



  • PMP certification will be an added advantage
