Serves as the main point of contact between clients and the company
Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they’re satisfied with the company
Provides help and suggestions to clients using the company’s products and services, as well as solving client issues and handling complaints from clients

REQUIREMENTS:
BSc/HND in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Science & technology or Microbiology
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
