The HR Representative will assist in providing human resource support for the firm.
The selected individual will directly report to the Head of HR.
This role will be responsible for end-to-end human resources work including recruitment, training facilitation, employee relations, management consulting, metrics reviews, and all applicable annual processes.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head of HR to generate reports, analyze trends and metrics, and develop data-driven solutions, programs, and policies to support business decisions.
Participate in and support the delivery of various HR projects and programs related to engagement, retention, and talent management.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Maintain confidential HR records for staff.
Regularly update and manage policies, contracts, and procedures to align with current employment legislation.
Assist with payroll management and ensure compliance.
Participate in recruiting initiatives, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, screenings, and reference checks.
Perform HR administrative tasks and undertake any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related fields (Minimum of 2nd Class Upper Division)
A minimum of 1- 2 years HR experience in a professional services firm
Good knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications and people skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High attention for details and accuracies
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong problem-solving, logic and reasoning abilities
