Core Responsibilities:



  • Enhance business processes and operations for improved performance and profitability.

  • Develop strategic initiatives for new business lines and additional revenue sources to maximize company earnings.

  • Manage expenses and implement procurement processes to enhance accountability.

  • Recruit and ensure the training of qualified drivers.

  • Maintain the roadworthiness of all trucks, optimize utilization, and uphold turnaround time (TAT).

  • Restructure and reposition the division to attract capital investment from potential investors.

  • Collaborate with clients to secure profitable business, optimal routes, and reduced downtime.

  • Enforce excellent service delivery in line with world-class standards and foster customer loyalty.


Candidate Profile:



  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc/HND) in Business Administration or a transport-related field from a recognized tertiary institution.

  • A minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience in the Logistics Industry, with at least 8 years in a senior management position.

  • Possess a pool of qualified drivers ready for deployment.

  • Establish good relations with the management of NBL Nigeria, Dangote, Guinness Nigeria, and other companies requiring Silo, short trucks, and Trailers.

  • Demonstrate the ability to drive business initiatives to maximize profit.

  • Membership in a recognized professional body.
