Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and activities.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. Participate in recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

  • Handle employee queries and provide timely and effective solutions.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.


Qualifications:



  • MSC, BSC, HND

  • Minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR department.

  • Smart, articulate, and possesses excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in English (knowledge of any other foreign language is an advantage).

  • Computer literate with a good understanding of HR software and tools.

  • Holds an HR certification.
