Key Responsibilities
- We seek a technical assistant who can deliver or is willing to learn how to deliver on the following:
- Respond to customer queries escalated on all support channels through emails and phone calls.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our product, growth and operations teams.
- Assist in training other Customer Support Representatives.
- Creating and filing of document
- Composing emails, typing reports for the Company Manager.
- Scheduling meetings
- organizing company travel arrangements.
- providing technical assistant with equipment operations.
- Provide support for daily business operations of the company.
- Monitoring office inventories, basic trouble shooting and effective equipment.
- Providing recommendations on product development and analysing operation processes.
- Must have strong time management and multitasking skills
- Data entry, process invoice, manage vendors payment, calendar, and appointment scheduling.
- Preparation, processing and archiving of various types of documents and contracts.
- Act as liaison in relaying information and documents between staff members.
- Handling of routine correspondence and respond to general enquiries.
Education and Work Experience:
- Degree in Administration/or related field
- 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Other related certifications are an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suites (Word, Excel, and Power point).
Requirements:
- Ability to prepare reports monthly.
- Displays integrity - transparency in dealings with management, staff, and other individuals that you may encounter.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction within staff and management, both internal and external to the company.
- A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.
- Team management skills- understanding of emotional intelligence.
