Role Description

• We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team.


• The Accountant will be responsible for managing our financial information by recording business transactions, preparing financial reports, and monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling accounts.


• This is a full-time, onsite role located in Lagos State, Nigeria.

 Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role


• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting


• Experience working with accounting software, QuickBooks, Peachtree, Sage, etc.


• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure


• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Nigeria is a plus


• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is a plus
