We are a distribution company that represents a host of brands in FMCG for distribution in Nigeria.

We are looking to hire a Sales Analyst with minimum of 5 years’ experience in the distribution industry; responsible for generating and analyzing data from TallyPrime and excel to daily, weekly, and month-end reports for internal/external needs. He/She is also to generate and clean-up data to prepare Sales reports, trends performance and market intelligent reports across regions.

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos.

Job Description

• generate and analyze data from TallyPrime and excel to daily, weekly, and month-end reports for internal/external needs


• Prepare PPT slides for sales and operation meetings (SOP) for the Business managers (national and Int’l)


• Generate and clean-up data to prepare Sales reports trends performance and market intelligent reports across regions.


• Work with sales team (Modern-Trade, Wholesales, and ASC) and MD on Budget/sales/target planning.


• Developing of reporting templates to support short/long term objectives of the business.


• Prepare other urgent reports as requested by concerned managers.


• Prepare sales vs tgt report trends, KPI tracking templates for Field-force team.


• Monthly and Weekly preparation of customers Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) reports


• Generating weekly sales status report and Z reports that reconciles to the monthly sales.
