- HND/BSC with 5 to 7 years of experience in HR role in a Beverage company, handling all HR issues.
- Role involves 50% Recruitment and 50% other HR issues. Should be very good in Union Management related issues.
- Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- Employee/Union Management Relations is a key as part of experience.
