Responsibilities

• Escalating merchant’s complaints such as chargebacks/failed/delayed settlements to the appropriate team.


• Sourcing and onboarding of new merchants.


• Visitation of merchants and repairs of the terminal to provide firsthand support and resolve POS issues.


• Creating marketing strategies to achieve giving sales targets.


• Training merchants and their sales reps on how to use the terminal effectively.


• Retrieving terminals from inactive merchants


• Remapping retrieved terminals to new merchants or those with faulty terminals.


• Making requests for terminal replacements in cases of damage

Requirements

• Skilled in data analysis using excel


• Ability to work under pressure


• Willing to learn fast


• Good communication skills.


• Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.

Locations: Abule-Egba - Akonwonjo Axis, Akute - Agege Axis, Osun State.
