Job Brief

• We are looking to hire a Shop Supervisor who will oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, and assignments of employees in storage, inventory, and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail staff such as floor Sales staff, and cashiers


• Ensure the correctness of prices and price tags of products


• Process refunds and exchanges


• Identify market trends that appeal to customers and initiate strategies to attract new customers


• Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed


• Maintain inventory and ensure up-to-date stock


• Analyze financial records to enhance profit-making opportunities


• Ensure sales promotions are accurate and in tune with the company’s standards


• Ensure that hours of operations comply with company policy and local laws


• Maintain health and safety measures


• Ensure the cleanliness of the products, staff, and store ambiance


• Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets


• Handle customer complaints, issues, and questions


• Ensure daily cleaning of equipment for product hygienic condition


• Monitor local competitors and conduct price comparisons of products


• Work with Business Development Manager to develop and share staff duty/off-duty roster

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 years work experience.


• Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills

• Must have computer skills especially the working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
