  • Employee Relations and Welfare

  • Learning & Development

  • Organizational Change Management

  • Compensation and Benefits Management with a vast knowledge of current payroll processes

  • Autonomous in Budget Planning, Implementation and Monitoring

  • Familiar with current data in a simplistic manner


Job Analysis and Evaluation



  • trends in Employee Discipline management

  • Industrial Relations with a focus on Unionism

  • Contract Management

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Ability to utilise diverse HRIS tools for Human Resource function

  • Ensure the integrity of all Human Resource Information
