JOB SUMMARY:

• The ideal candidate will assist in keeping the guest house clean and sanitary, assist in cleaning dishes, and tend to guest needs.


• He may also perform basic administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking reservations, serving guests and giving out basic information.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.


• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience.


• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.


• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the facility.


• Follow guest house policies, procedures, and service standards.


• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.


• Ensure the cleaning schedule is adhered to and to the required standard.


• Sweep, mop and polish the guest house.


• Wash down bar, clean and polish equipment.


• Clean lights, fans, chairs, and tables


• Stock stipulated Food & Beverage areas with ice, as required.


• Stock and tidy up Storeroom

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.


• Must meet the age limit for serving alcoholic beverages.


• A friendly, polite, and courteous nature.


• The flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Strong customer service and team working skills.


• Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet.
