Summary of Responsibilities
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Account Manager located in Abuja. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT consulting sector.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with clients and effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and realistic project scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the information technology industry is preferred
- Strong sales and account management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts
- Knowledge and understanding of cloud-related technologies, such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to travel as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
