Job Overview



  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for one of our clients to lead itsdomestic cooking gas company.

  • The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional between the ages of 45 and 55, possessing a unique blend of multitasking abilities, passion for the industry, mobility with a personal vehicle, and strong analytical skills.

  • As a General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the overall operations and performance of the company.


Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy:



  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Provide visionary leadership to guide the company through growth and market challenges.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.


Operational Management:



  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

  • Manage the supply chain, distribution, and inventory processes.

  • Optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.


Business Development:



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.


Financial Management:



  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.

  • Monitor financial health and implement measures to ensure profitability.

  • Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize operational efficiency.


Human Resource Management:



  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and contribute to company goals.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary.


Customer Relations:



  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Address customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the domestic cooking gas or related industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate, results-oriented, and adaptable to change.

  • Valid driver's license with a personal vehicle for mobility.

  • Must reside around or either of Ikeja, Alimosho, Command, Abulegba, Iyana Ipaja area.

  • Age Range: 45-55 years.


Analytical Skills:



  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and key performance indicators.

  • Make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.

  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement based on analytical findings.
