Role Description

• This is a full-time Fleet Manager role located on-site in Lagos.


• The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet operations, managing fleet maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing fleet efficiency.


• The Fleet Manager will also be responsible for team management and ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of road safety regulations and standards


• Analytical skills to help track, monitor, and maximize fleet efficiency


• Experience in operations management and fleet management-(Trucks, Bikes and Vehicles)


• Effective team management and leadership skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficient in fleet management software and technology


• Experience in the food service industry and/or logistics is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field
