Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site recovery officer role located at Fina Trust Microfinance Bank, Lagos.


• The recovery officer will be responsible for day-to-day debt collection and customer service, utilizing strong analytical skills to develop effective strategies for loan recovery.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills


• Experience in Debt Collection and Finance


• Strong Analytical Skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field


• Relevant professional certification such as a Certified Debt Recovery Practitioner (CDRP) or equivalent is an added advantage


• Previous experience in a Microfinance Bank or Banking industry would be beneficial
