Job Description
- Our client is in search of a highly driven and enthusiastic individual to handle sales whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service attainable.
- As a Fashion Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for attending to client orders, processing, recording and reporting on daily sales.
- You are required to have a good understanding of all products in order to explain to clients and advise accordingly.
Work Hours:
- 9am - 6pm (Mondays - Fridays), Alternate Saturdays(11am - 6pm).
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner
- Processing, recording and reporting daily sales
- Follow up on payment of all client purchases
- Generating and following up with client leads from churned enquiries
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Cross-sell products
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace
- Post pictures of in-store activities
- Follow up with clients for service feedback
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedures Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- 1 - 3 years experience in retail, customer service or business administrative roles.

- Proficiency in using Excel to record sales
- Basic Math skills
- Excellent organisation and follow-through skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Strong administration skills
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Good understanding of record-keeping.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
