  1. Requirements Analysis:



    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, user requirements, and challenges within the telecommunications domain.




  2. ERP Implementation:



    • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the telecommunications industry, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.




  3. Customization and Integration:



    • Customize ERP solutions to meet specific telecommunications business needs and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes.




  4. Data Migration:



    • Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.




  5. User Training and Support:



    • Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionality and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the system.




  6. Testing and Quality Assurance:



    • Develop and execute test plans to validate ERP system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of quality and reliability.




  7. Documentation:



    • Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials, to support ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.




  8. Collaboration:



    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and management, to ensure ERP solutions align with overall business objectives.




Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on telecommunications (4 years).

  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in the telecommunications industry.

  • Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes, including billing, network management, and customer relationship management (CRM).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications in ERP and telecommunications are highly desirable.
