Job Description:

Our partner, a Financial Institution i.e. A Microfinance Bank is looking to hire a smart and very hardworking Retail Collection Officer who can work with the company retail department to collect daily contribution from their retail partners.

The preferred candidate should be ready to learn, contribute and grow with the company.

Key Requirements:

• O'Level/Diploma/OND/NCE/HND/BSc qualifications in any field.


• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of work experience in any field


• Previous experience as loan collection officer, sales agent, marketer, thrift collection officer or field sales agent is desirable


• Previous experience in a Financial institution or a Fintech company is desirable.


• Must be hardworking, committed and passionate about the job


• Must be ready to work for as long as possible and for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year.


• Must be smart, eloquent and friendly.
