Job Description
- We urgently requires the services of an experienced Customer Service Officer who has worked in a Microfinance Bank or Micro finance Institution with a minimum of two years experience in Customer service
The Job description for this person will include but not limited to the followings:
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
- Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any service
- Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.
- For Gender balance, our client will prfer a female who resides within Ipaja, Gowon Estate, Iyana Ipaja of other close vicinities
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2-4 years experience.
