Job Description

• We are seeking to hire a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join the team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge (software, application, etc).


• As the Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power the applications.


• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and system administrators, to create seamless and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our client.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain robust and scalable backend solutions using programming languages, framework, etc.


• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.


• Design and implement data storage solutions, including databases, caching mechanisms and data replication processes.


• Collaborate with system administrators to ensure optimal performance and reliability of server-side infrastructure.


• Participate in cold reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.


• Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred) with at least 5 years experience.


• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or medical tech.


• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Ruby, etc.


• Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and management.


• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
