We are seeking a Sales Lead to join our team at Pella Group (Lagos Island). For this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, ensuring productivity, identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the company's overall success.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Sales Target Achievement.

  2. Outdoor Marketing.

  3. Relationship Management.

  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting.

  5. Budget Management.

  6. Performance Evaluation.


Qualifications:



  1. Proven experience in Outdoor marketing or similar roles, preferably in a related industry.

  2. Applicant must reside around Lagos Island environs.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Strong decision-making skills.

  5. Proven track record in sales or customer service.

  6. Strong organizational and time management skills

  7. Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales.

  8. Knowledge of the real estate market..

  9. Minimum of HND or BSC.

  10. Must have experience in the Microfinance sector


Salary: N50,000 - N65,000, with 5% commission on sales.
