As the Head Learning & Development, you will drive the sales of our training programs to both existing and new clients, oversee the comprehensive management of our training academy, develop innovative learning initiatives, and lead a dedicated team. If you possess a strong blend of sales acumen, program development skills, and leadership capabilities, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the learning landscape within our HR consulting firm.


Will be responsible for business growth, sales generation, executing all aspects of learning programs, evaluation of need analysis, design and development of course contents and delivery of trainings for our clients.


Also, as the Head of Learning and Development, you play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent and driving a culture of continuous learning. Your responsibilities encompass various facets crucial to employee development and organizational success, including the facilitation of training programs and workshops.


Responsibilities



  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings

  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts

  • Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists


Requirement



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

  •  7-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on sales and program management.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Experience in managing a team of learning and development professionals.
