Are you a skilled salesperson who can convince customers and close sales over the phone? We are currently seeking passionate individuals with a flair for sales and marketing to join our telesales team in Ojodu Berger, Lagos. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and convincing them about our products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   

   Order Confirmation and Customer Engagement:

   
   
   
   
   • Initiate prompt and friendly contact with customers who have placed orders.
   
   
   • Confirm the details of their order and delivery preferences.
   
   
   • Address any questions, concerns, or objections customers may have.
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   Coordinating Delivery:

   
   
   
   
   • Send customer details to the delivery team for order dispatch.
   
   
   • Follow up with the delivery agent and the customer via phone to ensure a swift and accurate delivery.
   
   
   • Ensure the successful completion of each delivery.
   
   
   • Report the delivery status and details promptly to the relevant teams.
   
   
   
   

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent sales skills


• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.


• Ability to effectively address customer concerns and objections.


• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, expecially in an E-commerce setting
