Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries and complaints.
You will be responsible for serving customers by helping them select products. Drive sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Responsibilities:
- Handle WhatsApp/Instagram inquiries and process all orders
- Receive phone calls from customers
- Update the company's WhatsApp stories every day at the start and during course of business
- Solve problems and escalate overwhelming ones to the manager.
- Take customer orders and ensure they are appropriately sent to the group chat.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Knowing our Product Services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- B.Sc, HND, OND, NCE and other qualifications. Male and Female with working experience, fast learning and proactive ready to work attitude and ability.
- Min. Years of Experience: 1 - 5 years
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Result driven as this is a high-performance, output environment
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate- must be a self-starter
- Dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
- Good work organization, time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Self-motivated and delivering quality work and is proactive
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate. Must be a self-starter
- Dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasion and Influencing skills, strong negotiating skills
- Should be a resident of Lagos state ONLY and location with proximity to our Yaba office most preffered!
