Overview:


We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our company. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.


Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, redirecting them as needed.

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and logistical arrangements.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements:
