Summary



  • We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our growing organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to HR management, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the overall success of our consulting firm.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:



  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to identify and acquire top talent.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with the skills and expertise needed for consulting roles.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.


Employee Relations:



  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Handle employee relations matters, address concerns, and promote a harmonious work environment.

  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement employee recognition programs to enhance morale and motivation.


Performance Management:



  • Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are aligned with organizational goals.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and creating development plans.

  • Implement strategies to improve overall employee performance and productivity.


Training and Development:



  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

  • Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training initiatives that enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.


HR Policy Development:



  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices.

  • Ensure consistent application and enforcement of policies throughout the organization.

  • Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting HR policies and practices.


Benefits Administration:



  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • Educate employees on available benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR manager in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Relevant professional certifications such and knowledge of HRIS systems is an added advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
