Duties and Responsibilities

• You shall carry out auto electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of heavy equipments and other related equipment


• You shall dismantle and install electrical equipment and electronic components in heavy duty equipments.


• You shall diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems to optimize, safety, cost, and productivity.


• You shall perform preventative maintenance through inspection of electrical systems, equipment and components.


• You shall report any shortages, damages or faults with tools or equipment to the supervisor.


• You shall ensure at all times that equipment and tools are kept in a clean safe condition.


• You shall attend to equipment breakdowns as reported by operators on immediate basis.


• You shall communicate status of equipment and repairs to operators and supervisors.


• You shall ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workshop facilities and all equipment.


• You shall wear the appropriates P.P.E. as required.


• You must ensure a solid understanding of, and comply with the principles of the company’s code of conduct.


• You shall work in adherence to the mines safety rules and regulations.


• You shall perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Requirements

• The candidate should possess SSCE, GCE or NECO and National Diploma in Automobile Electrical Engineering


• The candidate must possess a trade test certificate.


• Must have at least 5 years experience


• Must be able to read and write.
