  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars

  • Respond to phone calls,emails and messages

  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

  • Help with daily time management

  • Run errands as requested

  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation

  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements

  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters


Qualifications



  • Applicant should have a B.Sc in English Language / Secretarial Studies / Business Administration

  • Applicant must have at least 2 to 3 years experience in related field.

  • Applicant must be computer literate: Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint etc

  • Applicant must reside within Abule Egba, Toll-Gate, Alagbado, and environs.

  • Applicant must be neat, smart and open to learning.
