- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, business development activities, and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers
- Research potential markets and industries to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Analyze market trends and create strategies to capitalize on them.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products, services, and initiatives.
- Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to ensure our company's ongoing success
Special Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Social Science field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BD Exec.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation.
- Experiential marketing experience.
