  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support organizational growth.

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies aligned with our mission and objectives.

  • Write compelling proposals and actively search for grants to secure funding for our initiatives.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, business development activities, and market trends.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers

  • Research potential markets and industries to identify new opportunities for business development.

  • Analyze market trends and create strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products, services, and initiatives.

  • Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of our offerings.

  • Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to ensure our company's ongoing success


Special Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in any Social Science field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BD Exec.

  • Demonstrable experience in negotiation.

  • Experiential marketing experience.
