Responsibilities


Operational Duties:



  • Develop new business relationships and carry out direct marketing for prospective clients

  • Manage the sales process: lead generation; pitch, ask questions, negotiate and manage account

  • Develop proposals, contract agreement and all other documentations for clients

  • Analyse and respond to tenders

  • Expand the clientele base by aggressive marketing.

  • Liaise with existing clients on a regular basis to ensure that our services are continuously appreciated

  • Responsible for monitoring and increasing client revenue and meeting/exceeding revenue goals.

  • Serve as another point of contact for the clients and promptly respond to all client inquiries/escalation.


Requirements



  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree & HND in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 4 years post NYSC

  • Relevant Professional Certification will be added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication along with good interpersonal skills is a must.
