Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Must have 2-3 years proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Certification in Human Resources.
