Job Objective:

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate with a proven experience in the financial services industry.


• As a crucial member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and strategic prospecting.


• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points to tailor our solutions effectively.


• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and tailor solutions that address their unique challenges


• Stay informed about the latest financial products, industry regulations, and market developments.


• Employ a consultative selling approach, guiding clients through our suite of financial solutions to meet their objectives.


• Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking events, and industry conferences.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.


• Provide valuable market insights and feedback to enhance our products and services.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA, Masters is a plus)


• Must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development within the financial service industry.


• Practical experience engaging and building relationships with CSuites and HNIs.


• Proven track record executing business partnerships with corporate businesses.


• Market research and leveraging on industry trends to identify and win business opportunities.


• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
