Job Description



Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and coordinate all operations activities at the ICT Hub 

  • To plan with the board of directors on committee function and fund development activities.

  • Set up files to ensure that all information of projects undertaken by the Hub is appropriately documented and secured

  • Execute and manage operation activities of all new initiatives

  • Actively interact with other project staff to share case studies and best practice on the knowledge system

  • Support in designing appropriate program interventions based on the outcome of the assessment and context.

  • Ensure effective cost management.

  • Prepare monthly reports to headquarters on Admin, Accounts and general activities.

  • Design annual reports, brochures, Power Point presentations and other marketing  material.


Qualification:  



  • Degree in relevant filed


Experience:  



  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience


Competence:



  • Strong interpersonal skills 

  • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills; 

  • Thorough understanding of confidentiality.
