Expected Deliverables
- Developing effective marketing strategies to achieve the given budget
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
- Negotiating and closing deals with key prospects
- Achieve targets and ensure steady monthly revenue generation from existing consultants, upselling with new products, and pricing.
- Build and promote strong customer relationships with the biggest clients and government bodies.
- Managing sales pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities
- Work closely and give market feedback to the product team regarding our products and solutions and how we should develop.
- Present sales and revenue forecasts to the management team and update the management team on your progress and successes.
- Ability to conduct market analysis, identifying opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats to the business.
- Build and manage the sales team
- Experience in deploying and managing sales outlets
- Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
Job Requirements·
- 5+ years’ experience in fast paced B2B Sales, with at least 2+ years managing sales teams.
- First degree in a related field.
- Sound understanding of the services and products offered by the company
- History of negotiating and closing large ticket deals, ideally selling products and services to individuals, SMEs and Large business sectors.
- Experience in CRM applications, able to analyse the data to maximise the activities of your team.
- Experience with managing Tradeshows, Roadshows and Exhibitions is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both English and local language, with a strong personality.
- Organised, process driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools is an advantage
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Experience on-boarding clients and account management would be advantageous.
- Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
