Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop, refine, and implement the company's strategic vision and goals in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Drive the strategic planning process, including identifying key objectives, setting performance metrics, and monitoring progress.
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential growth areas and market opportunities, both nationally and internationally.
- Conduct ROI analysis and financial modeling to assess the feasibility of new ventures and business expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth and expansion.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Establish and implement a framework for tracking and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
- Regularly analyze KPIs and financial data to evaluate the success and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational performance and decision-making.
Strategic Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and research to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies for strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report progress on strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Collaborative Leadership:
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to foster a culture of strategic thinking and alignment.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and teams to ensure strategic objectives are cascaded and executed effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovative thinking and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles, preferably within the event management industry.
- Proven track record in delivering successful business strategies and driving growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.

- Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
