Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ikeja for a UPS Service Engineer.


• The UPS Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system.


• The role involves working with customers, onsite technicians, and cross functional internal teams for identifying issues, solution, and implementation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UPS industry


• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of various UPS systems


• Experience in power electronics and ability to interpret electrical circuit diagrams


• Experience using power meters, oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, insulation testers, and thermal imaging cameras


• Understanding of power systems design, including battery sizing and configuration


• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams


• Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure


• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, if required
