About the Role



  • The Vice President of Growth Marketing will be responsible for defining a company-wide growth plan, working cross-functionally to deliver on the growth plan, and continually optimizing to reduce CAC while maximizing revenue. 

  • You will live and breathe data collection and aggregation, be an absolute expert in our user journey, and maintain not only high conversion rates but a world-class customer experience. You will work closely with our Product and Product Marketing teams as we continue to build our product-led growth muscle. You will manage a web development team as well as customer-centric pods of SEO, SEM, performance, marketing ops, and content experts. 

  • You will be the go-to person for all things growth and balance and prioritize both long-term strategies and quick wins as we continuously learn new information and release new value-driven products for our customers. 


Responsibilities



  • Build and lead a high-performing team to create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, and more

  • Creating and implementing the growth marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand-building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets

  • Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth

  • Ensure consistent messaging that is aligned with the brand when building evergreen content that consistently pays dividends in leads and use acquisition

  • Build win-win relationships with new and existing partners

  • Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth

  • Own all web and top-of-funnel analytics, develop A/B testing methodologies and best practices, continuously improve our web performance and user experience

  • Scope new growth projects and products, collaborate with key stakeholders, and consistently prioritize the backlog of 

  • Maintain operational excellence of our website and marketing stack with low-to-no downtime

  • Be a change leader in bringing non-technical stakeholders together in sprints and leveraging agile management practices

  • Scale our web presence and reach with strategic partnerships and new growth products and programs

  • Strategize with and coach teams to have a growth mindset and be technology/product-led


Requirements



  • 10+ years product management or product-led growth role, ideally in a product-led SaaS or marketplace environment

  • 10+ years of experience in team management

  • Deep knowledge of scalable growth solutions - you’ve built things that are still paying off today without further investment of resources

  • Extensive experience in agile environments and working in sprints

  • Ability to create, own, and maintain a backlog of strategic initiatives of both “keep the lights on” acquisition and experimental products

  • Product-minded approach to scale, content, and long-term web strategy

  • Keen attention to detail and eye for brand consistency

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
