Job Description

• The ideal candidates will engage with customers via the call center offices. We are seeking self-driven and motivated candidates to join the growing team of the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond and resolve customer loan application issues.


• Reach out to customers via phone calls with professional reminder of pending loan repayment.


• Proper maintenance of customer records


• Reporting of daily activities and recovery progress

Qualifications

• Minimum Educational Qualification of ND / NCE.


• 0-1 year experience in Loan recovery, customer services, etc


• Excellent and professional communication etiquette required


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and Computer operations.
