Description

• Our client is seeking a driven Field Operations Assistant to join its growing team.


• The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the field operations team in executing various tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of day-to-day field activities and also to work with other departments in order to maintain efficient operations, manage logistical challenges, and contribute to the overall success of all projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating field operations and activities


• Prepare and maintain accurate records of field activities, expenses, and documentation related to field operations


• Generateperiodicreports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement


• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise


• Work closely with field operations managers and team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow


• Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and procedures

Person Specification

• Minimum of an OND from a recognized tertiary institution.


• 0 - 4 years work experience.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or relevant software
