Job Description

• Drive sales to meet up the companies sales target.


• Supervising,directing, planning and coordinating of all activities and personnel in the company.


• Remain available for emergency situations in an on call status after regular work hours.


• Manage the daily assigning of work and ensure the completion of task.


• Review completed work for completeness and accuracy.


• Manage inventory levels by ordering parts as needed to meet customer demand.


• Maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.


• Communicating with other departments and external people about new orders, shipments and other pertinent information regarding inventory.


• Handling and managing customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.


• Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained accurately.


• Ordering and Supervising imports and shipments of parts.


• Any other duty as assigned.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering


• 5 years working experience as spare parts manager, sound knowledge and understanding of inventory monitoring principles, good leadership skills, and Good oral and written communication skills.
