  • Source private & public contracts for the company

  • Identifying bid submission opportunities through market research

  • Identifying opportunities for tender proposals

  • Write standard proposals as required by each bid

  • Developing and executing bid strategies that align with company goals

  • Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring public & private tender portals

  • Managing bidding budgets,resources, and timelines to ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions

  • Manage contracts from first bid stage to closing/completion

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices in bid management

  • Negotiating contracts in the favor of the organization

  • Ensuring all deadlines are met


Job Requirements



  • HND or B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a bid manager or similar role

  • Experience in managing bids for complex projects or large-scale contracts

  • Knowledge of Nigerian Government procurement processes and regulations

  • Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, development and contract negotiation

  • Demonstrated success in winning bids through effective proposal management

  • Attention to details and high accuracy in bid preparation and review.
