Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key stakeholders


•  Provide HR support and advice to the Supply & Logistics team


•  Implement HR initiatives and programs


•  Manage employee relations and performance issues


•  Ensure compliance with employment laws Identify and address talent development needs


• Conduct training and workshops for managers and employees


•  Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters


•  Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes


• Contribute to HR strategy and planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field


•  5+ years of experience in HR business partner role


• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


•  Ability to build and maintain relationships


•  Experience with talent management and development


•  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities


•  Proficient in HRIS and MS Office software


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Certification in HR (preferred)
